This dog walk in Everden Stubbs, Northamptonshire is perfect for people who are looking for a quiet and peaceful walk around a beautiful woodland area. The car park is very small but despite being numerous times, I am yet to have not found a space as it is always seems so quiet here. There are no toilets provided or other facilities.
This steady, easy walk starts with an open area and an information sign which provides a history of the ancient woodland. There are then 3 different routes you can take to explore, each one looping around the woodland area. Perfect for families with children and an ideal picnic location, this woodland has a lot to offer including sweet chestnut, hazel and beautiful oak trees of interesting shapes and sizes.
The best time to visit this woodland, and by far the most popular time would be from April to May, as there are an abundance of bluebells which are absolutely breath taking.

There is a small car park located on the outside of the woods, with only a short 5-minute walk until you reach the woodland entrance. From here, you can then explore this reasomably-sized woodland, with spectacular views and open spaces.
